Thailand is unique. It’s fresh exotic fruit for breakfast and loud waves during the most beautiful golden hours. It’s cheap and delicious food and hot humid tropical weather. It’s the fear of another jellyfish in the blue sea but also the craving to refresh yourself after even a few minutes under the sun which is so close to the equator. It’s the moon which is almost upside down to how we Europeans are used to see it and loud animals as soon as the sun is down over the horizon. It’s the strong smell of durian but also the sweet smell of mangoes, pineapples and cute looking dragon fruits. It’s visa free for me and at the same time full of tourists from all over Europe. For me Thailand is first time. My first the most far away from home trip, the first time of Durian, the first time with Emirates and the first time seeing so many skyscrapers one near the other. For some reason even the biggest European cities don’t have so many skyscrapers 🙈 Thailand is simply one of the best countries to enjoy the summer vacations. I have to be completely sincere, I didn’t expect it to be like that at all. This whole holiday changed many of my previous thoughts and convictions, and killed many stereotypes I had in my mind. Just travel. It’s truly the only thing you buy that makes you richer.
P.S.By the way, does anyone know the name of those insects screaming like hell after the sunset? 😂
